Basically, every cell has a copy of your own DNA. When a cell replicates itself, it obviously becomes two cells. The hitch? Then have a cell with no DNA, which would probably behave like a cancer cell, if it just die off. So what happens is the cell splits the DNA strand down the middle and fills in the blanks, making two strands. This works because on DNA, there are four "Rod" pieces, and they only go together in one way (A and T, G and C if not mistaken) This means that each half works as a blueprint for fixing the DNA, ending with two strands for the soon to be two cells.

All FX contracts are leveraged at about 10 to 1. If you used your $1000 to buy currency, you would have $10,000 of exposure. If your trade drops by around 5% you will either have to put more money in the account or it will be closed out.

An example of this trade is you can take your dollars and buy the Brazilian Real (BRL) which has an interest rate of 13%. To protect yourself you buy a 1 year forward contract, well guess what, the forward contract is priced at 13% so you will break even (minus trading fees).

You can take advantage of the forward curve (this is what forward rates are at the moment in countries such as brazil, indonesia and turkey as their forward rates are pricing in high interest rates) because the curves are priced for easing. If you buy a 2 year forward contract in brazil and the exchange rate move then you will make money.

This belongs in the same domain as the email stock promotions (I love the line "we have a runner!"), but has to be a good deal more sophisticated than someone who simply sends out email "tips" now and then.

Follow me now. Suppose I pick some stock that was largely forgotten or ignored and meanwhile prepared a mailing list. Now I buy a bunch of that stock, causing the price to rise. Next I send out a big bunch of emails, "Check out XYZ! Its going to fly!" I then dribble out my stock on small sale orders to fill the demand that I just generated from people who got my note and see the stock rising. Buying it cheap, selling it when a crowd gathers to buy, how easy is that?

That was the concept. Now suppose I figure a program that I engineer to look for certain characteristics that may indicate a rise in anything, but options and foreign exchange (ForEx) futures can be tremendously profitable for just a little of money put into play so I design it around those markets. Next, knowing the program, I put in flags and a fudge factor that delays the buy and sell signal for the buyer of the program. I keep the real program, and sell the time-release program to subscribers. The subscribers pay me, whether it works or now, so the program itself becomes a profit center. Then, with my own program giving me buy and sell signals in advance of several dozen, hundred, or thousand subscribers, I can buy before they buy, and sell before they sell. Leading the herd, the subscribers will generate enough traffic to sustain my purchase (especially after I may affect and upward motion by buying a bunch ahead of the crowd, which confirms to them that the program is working) and then when the program gives me the un-delayed sell signal, I sell (which affects the price downward) just before my delayed program generates a sell order for the subscribers. They all look and see the price start to fall when the program says sell. Now they have two confirmation points, the "robot" picked an entry and picked an exit. Their problem then becomes "How do I get the news and make the reacting trade fast enough so that I get out before the others who are also getting out (because their programs are telling them the same thing). So everyone is watching their program or emails or however you engineer the subscription service on pins and needles awaiting the signal so they can all the swifter catch the call early enough so as to not lose when it starts falling.

Consider this when you use the program. If the volume is low, then spikes just before your "robot" gives you a signal, then you might imagine how your sponsor service knew in advance of the signal you shortly afterwards received. The more subscribers, the bigger the wave.

gain / loss on forex means gains or losses that are attributable to changes in the price of foreign currencies.

So, if the company pays $1 million a quarter in interest on Euro denominated bonds, since the dollar has been declining recently, they might actually have to pay $1.1 million in interest. They'd break that out though as $1 million in interest expense and $0.1 million in Loss on Forex, because you don't want to give the impression that there is more debt – you are paying more because of the movement of currencies (which in many cases, analysts would remove as non-recurring)

Depending on the company, that Forex gain / loss could be related to purchasing raw materials, ownership in foreign securities, debt in foreign currencies, or a host of other items, but you get the idea

The mortgages may also be assumable (even though most lenders have distanced themselves from assumable loans).

The buyer assumes all the obligations under the mortgage, just as if the loan had been made to him/her. The advantage to this is that you may be able to assume a rate that is lower than the current market.

However, there are also cons with this situation. My advice is to avoid this scenario. Besides, the current rate is probably not that great if the homeowners are going into foreclosure!!!! I hope this helps!

obviously i am kidding – before you get completely offended immediately (which shows you lack empathy because you never even ATTEMPT to see her side of why she might be asking) did it ever occur to you, that she, living NEXT DOOR to you, and probably a somewhat similar sized house, would want to know, so she can tell if she is getting a fair deal on her own gas bill (or whatever it was)? I am sure she wasn't trying to be nosy, but rather get a feel for what other people in her neighborhood are paying for bills, so she knows she's not overpaying or something. I think the rude one in this situation is YOU.

Structured payments is used for somebody who has a large balance that's due that they owe whether it's for an item, line of work, etc. they set it up to where you can pay the balance in full over a certain period of time. Making weekly,monthly, yearly or whatever else type payments that they have agreed to.

Mortgages on a home is a structured payment. A loan balance that'll be paid over 30 years and is broken down in installments as monthly payments.

FOREX is short form of Foreign Exchange.
A business usually deals in imports and exports where the payment or receipt is expressed in a currency other than your country's.
When the transactions are recorded for the purchase and sale of goods they are converted into local currency at the rates prevailing on that day. Conventional Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans (and like incestors) loans are not assumable. FHA and VA loans are assumable but they require a qualifying assumption which means you must qualify similar to if you were purchasing.

The day of simply walking in and taking over payments is pretty much a thing of the past. Too many sellers and lenders got burned by defaulting blind assumptors.

Sorry – it doesn't work that way. The additional monies you paid were applied to principle. Call your lender if you've lost your job – if you anticipate you'll be able to get a job within a reasonable period of time, you can request a forebearance – which the lender gives you time where you don't have to make your payments and a repayment plan to catch up your mortgage.

You will, however, receive a T4E for any EI benefits that you received during the year and you will put the amount from box 14 on line 119 of your return. If there was any income tax deducted then it would get totalled with all your other amounts for income tax deducted on line 437.
